Park Yoochun - Compared To Singing It Seems He's More Suited For Acting
[SungKyunKwan Scandal]'s Chief Producer Kwak Ki Won said, "For every beginner, in the beginning, they will always be struggling to digest their lines, yet Micky Yoochun has been on the right track since episode 5. This means that he has already made a big leap in his acting career and for Micky Yoochun who is in this current state, he must have a lot of desire for acting."
Chief Producer Kwak also expressed, "To be honest, the first time I met Park Yoochun, based on his expressions and behaviour, I already felt that he would be suited for acting. Although most of the idol singers turned actors in recent dramas have been more or less disappointing, from the beginning, I did not worry in the least when it came to Micky Yoochun."
He praised him highly and said, "In episode 15, during the SungKyunKwan student council, Park Yoochun appeared as a witness to the gay scandal and he used the Confucian teaching of "仁义礼智"* to portray a sharp scene. The lines are already a lot, and if not acted well, it could easily become a scene like preaching, yet he was able to concentrate all his efforts and fully digest his role, filling the scene with rich emotion."
"The change from the stubborn man full of principles in the beginning, to the current shy man of principles, seems to be easy for him." CP Kwak also added that "he has the voice for both period dramas and modern dramas".
Micky Yoochun is currently doing well acting as the son of the Left Prime Minister in [SungKyunKwan Scandal], portraying Lee Seonjoon, who judges others by his principles and yet, is ruled by a sincere heart. With his low voice and gentle expressions, he is the core weapon in the "SungKyunKwan Quartet".
In episode 16, which aired on the 19th, after coming to know that his roommate in SungKyunKwan is a girl, Lee Seonjoon and Yeonhee have their first kissing scene, foretelling the unfolding of a new chapter of their romantic love story.
*仁义礼智: This belongs to the 5 tenets of Confucius "仁义礼智信", which are the core of the Confucian philosophy. In order, from left to right, they stand for:

JYJ concert sells out in 20 minutes
The trio’s first concert, slated for Nov. 27 and 28, sold out its more than 20,000 tickets just 20 minutes after the box office opened.
Most notably, the concert will be directed by creative director and choreographer Jeri Slaughter, who has contributed his talents to tours for the likes of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Christina Aguilera and more.
On Nov. 8, SM Entertainment filed for the suspension of JYJ’s record deal with CJes Entertainment and asked for an injunction to ban sales of the group’s albums in conjunction with its ongoing lawsuit against TVXQ.

To commemorate the release of world wide album ‘The Beginning’ which grasped 520,000 pre order sales and gives a shake to music industry in this second half year, JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) will hold their first world wide concert ‘JYJ Worldwide Concert in Seoul’, and the three members showed another great sales power by succeeding to sell all 20,000 seats at first pre-sale tickets in only 20 minutes.
Website in charge for the advanced ticket sales for JYJ concert, Interpark confirmed that more than 20,000 seats were sold out for all two days performances on November 27 and 28 at 19:00 within 20 minutes after the sales opened.
Interpark representative, “The previous showcase held in Seoul on the 12th was sold out in only 15 minutes and this time the number of seats were doubled yet it’s sold out in only 20 minutes. This faster-than expected selling rate once again put us admiring the ticket power of JYJ.” and “After all tickets were sold out, there were flood of inquiries from fans to open the second ticket sales which is previously arranged to open next week, yet now we’re seeking ways to proceed it sooner.”
The organizer of concert official said, “The stage production will be directed by Jeri Slaughter who formerly has produced world’s top pop artists stage concert such as Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, and Christina Aguilera, and we’ll unfold the most modern devices to complete the stage as well.” The organizer also mentioned that teaser video trailers of each member is planned to unveil through the official website sequentially.
JYJ first world wide concert in Jamsil Stadium will open for two days on November 27th and 28th at 19:00.

Sungkyunkwan Scandal Will Not Continue To A Second Season
CP Kwak Kiwon has also said that Park Yoochun’s acting skills have considerably improved and the CEO of the drama’s production company has also said that he has exceeded their expectations.
The drama has received much love from fans and they have been requesting that the drama continue onto a second season.
However, producers have said that they will not be pursuing a second season because of the plot obstacles they will face.
Fans believe that because the drama only covers the first half of the original novel, the drama could easily go onto a season 2 by continuing the plot.
CP Kwak Kiwon has said that “it is possible but there are absolutely no plans to continue to a second season. Main plotlines in the drama are not existent in the novel and if we go into a season 2, there is the problem that the relationship between Lee Seonjun and Kim Yunhee will be cut.
